Took my puppy for puppy socializing class. 1st time ever interacting with other pups. Haley was very attentive with my puppy to make sure she had a good experience. I highly recommend the puppy socializing class at pet express on bascom ave in Campbell.

The staff is always very helpful and courteous. Brian informed me of the buy 3 , get 1 free offer on kibble. I was appreciative, because this will make her kibble much more economical . He also made a great suggestion for a toy she might enjoy...she loves it!

The staff were so incredibly helpful the first time I went to bathe my dog. My dog is huge and they were patient and helped me get him into the baths, then they gave me extra shampoo, and they helped me pick out a good brush. Just imagine bathing this guy! Will definitely return!

The staff here is always so helpful. You cannot beat the four for the price of three deal. I feed my dog raw food Tucker's brand and it can be very expensive so that one bag extra helps so much in keeping my dog healthy and happy. I believe the gentleman who works there his name is Greg he's a very nice man, and very helpful

I'll always get my dog's food here because of the buy-3-get-the-4th-free deal, which helps me afford the good stuff!. I go to the one on Bascom across from the Pruneyard. Employees are always super friendly and always have treats in their pockets :-) Great selection of food, treats, toys, and care products. There are dog wash stations but I don't know the cost. They offer dog training and have an enclosed area in the store for that. You can buy online and have your order waiting for you to pick up in store, even for refrigerated/frozen stuff.

This place is fantastic. Has excellent stock of really solid food, snacks and supplies for our pup (and of course cats and smaller pets). One of the best things are their wash stations. Soap from the nozzle, rinse cycle, hair dryer, towels provided. Keeps my tub at home clean. Their entire crew is friendly, professional and helpful. Special thank you to Brian for his patience and advice (for this first-time dog owner) last weekend. Oh - two more things. They do a buy three, get the fourth free on most (all?) of their products. And, it's 50 yards from Taco Bravo, a Campbell institution.

My pup loves to try out new treats, and this store has an abundance of them. She is allergic to chicken, and I needed help with food and treats without chicken 🍗. This is where Isaac, and Gabby were super helpful. Isaac went to the extent to explain how some of the foods available can meet my pup’s daily requirements for nutrients. He also assured me that he had used some of the products for his pet. Thank you, Isaac! Jake was very helpful with billing. This is definitely my favorite location for pet food shopping!

I brought my special needs dog here for a bath, and everyone I encountered was incredibly kind and supportive. I was only able to note down Nina’s name, who is extremely genuinely thoughtful and kind, but all the other staff I met were just as helpful and compassionate. This truly meant a lot to me, especially as I’ve been going through a lot in life recently. Thank you all so much again, from the bottom of my heart 🙏
